Important Dates & Deadlines
- Book your room by February 2nd, 2026, to secure the hotel block rate. Click here for more details and reservations.
- Sponsor Set-up: Wednesday, February 25th, 12:00 PM – 4:30 PM.
- Sponsor Tear-down: Thursday, February 26th, 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
- Schedule your shipment(s) to arrive 3 days prior to the start of the event. Ship to the address label standards found in Shipping & Handling under Order Forms & Resources.
Tabletop Logistics
- You will be provided with a 6-foot table and 2 chairs.
- Banners and backdrops can’t exceed 6 feet in width.
- Power and A/V is the responsibility of the exhibitor and must be ordered directly through the hotel.
