Lissette Gonzalez is Director of Construction at Inspire Brands, where she leads new build and remodel programs across the company-owned portfolio, including Arby’s, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin’, Sonic Drive-In, and Jimmy John’s. She leads cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, scalable projects that strengthen the brand experience, optimize capital investment, and support long-term operational success across a national footprint.
With a background in Architecture, Lissette brings a global perspective to restaurant and retail development. She has held international leadership roles supporting The Estée Lauder Companies, Starbucks, and Krispy Kreme, contributing to the growth and evolution across diverse markets.
As a member of the Junior League of Charlotte, she actively supports mentorship, leadership development, and community engagement. Through her work and industry involvement, she is committed to fostering inclusive leadership and creating opportunities for the next generation of women leaders.
