Heather McIntyre is a global corporate affairs and communications leader with deep expertise in helping iconic restaurant brands thrive in complex, high-visibility environments. At Panera Bread, she helps lead enterprise-level corporate affairs, including external communications, crisis and reputation management, ESG strategy, philanthropy, and government relations.
Over the course of her career, Heather has built and protected the reputations of some of the world’s most recognized brands—including Baskin-Robbins, Burger King, Dunkin’, Firehouse Subs, Panda Express, Popeyes, and Tim Hortons—across North America, South America, EMEA, and APAC.
A graduate of Boston University’s College of Communication, she has maintained a career-long commitment to mentoring and championing women in the restaurant industry.
