A results-driven hospitality professional, Doinita oversees training and development for all corporate and franchise locations at Vicious Biscuit. Originally from Romania, she began her career in finance before transitioning to hospitality, quickly advancing from Operations Director at Chick-fil-A to General Manager of Vicious Biscuit’s Neptune Beach, FL restaurant—where she achieved the company’s highest retention rate.

In 2024, she was promoted to Director of Training, where she now builds leadership pathways and training programs that support consistency and excellence across the system. Doinita holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and an MBA, reflecting her deep commitment to both professional and personal growth.
