Amanda brings a strong background in operations and technology, which has been instrumental
in streamlining Vicious Biscuit’s processes and preparing the brand for expansion. Her career
began at a New York security firm, where she progressed from a data communication specialist
to COO, driving innovation across multiple verticals. After relocating to Charleston, Amanda
became a key member of the team, shaping its growth through strategic systems and processes.
Since joining in 2021, she has overseen the launch of five corporate restaurants and three
franchise locations, developed the organizational structure to support both corporate and franchise operations, and led the implementation of new marketing, technology integrations, training platforms, and operations functions to scale the brand. Recognized among Fast Casual’s Top 25 Executives (2025) and as a Charleston Woman of Influence (2025), she is a frequent speaker at industry conferences on growth, technology, and leadership.
