Lizzy has spent her career at the intersection of technology and operators, partnering with leading brands across retail, restaurants, and food & beverage. At Square, she leads sales across North America and Australia, while scaling the global enterprise business for one of the world’s leading commerce platforms.
Prior to Block’s acquisition of Afterpay, Lizzy helped build the U.S. business from the ground up, driving new business, scaling key verticals including beauty, and playing a critical role in the company’s rapid growth. She later relocated to Barcelona to lead international expansion, bringing the business to new markets across Europe.
A longtime advocate for women in leadership, Lizzy has been actively involved in communities like Women in Retail Leadership and Cosmetic Executive Women. She is also the co-founder of Swan Summit, a forum dedicated to supporting and advancing female soccer coaches.
