  • Please complete your registration by clicking the “Register Here” button below. This link is unique for speaker registration. Please do not share this link.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your registration is approved.

Session Information

  • Details for the date and time of your presentation can be found under your online profile HERE.
  • We recommend that speakers arrive 30 minutes before their session to pick up their conference badge at the registration desk and report to their session room 15 minutes before their presentation.
  • Business attire is recommended for all speakers.

Presentation Materials

  • Material must be free of any specific product endorsements and must not contain any derogatory or otherwise disparaging reference about any specific product or company.
  • Please title your presentation as follows. [Speaker Name_WiRL_2026]
  • We ask that you submit your presentation via email by February 20, 2026.
  • Please bring your PowerPoint on a flash drive to the conference as a backup.

AV Information

The Women in Restaurant Leadership Summit team will supply a wireless clicker, LED projector and a screen and microphone. There will be a conference laptop in each session room. Speakers must use the laptops provided, not their own personal laptops.

Venue and Hotel Information

The Women in Restaurant Leadership Summit runs February 25-27, 2026, at the Charleston Marriott. Information regarding the hotel and travel to the Grand Hyatt can be found HERE. The Women in Restaurant Leadership Summit team has secured a limited number of discounted hotel rooms. If you have not reserved your room, book soon before the hotel sells out.
