Caren Prince joined Firebirds in 2023 with an extensive background in financial management and strategy, both in the United Kingdom and the U.S. Prince spent 20 years with Mars Inc., where she held various leadership roles, ultimately serving as CFO of the concept’s Retail Group, inclusive of flagship M&Ms World stores, My M&MS e-commerce and B2B operations. Prior to joining Firebirds, Prince served as U.S. CFO of Charlotte-based Krispy Kreme, supporting the rapid growth and transformation of the fresh doughnut business. She scaled both the team and the business to support accelerated expansion and increasing complexity of operations, sponsored the company’s women’s ERG, and served as an active board member to multiple franchise groups. Prince brings a passion for hospitality, food and people development to Firebirds.
