Diane Le is the Head of Growth at PAR Engagement, where she leads loyalty strategy, marketing, and partnerships for PAR Engagement Cloud, including PAR Punchh. She helps enterprise restaurant brands unlock measurable revenue through digital experiences and personalized guest engagement. Diane founded Punchh’s Loyalty Strategy practice, advising dozens of brands on how to design programs and campaigns that drive millions in incremental revenue through data-driven targeting and modern guest marketing. With a background spanning CPG, beauty, and multi-unit restaurant marketing—including leading digital and loyalty at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf—she brings a marketer’s intuition, strategy, and discipline to the evolving restaurant landscape. Her work focuses on helping brands turn loyalty into a true growth engine through technology, creativity, and deep customer understanding. Diane holds an MBA from UCLA and, outside of work, enjoys exploring restaurants, walks with her dog, and new adventures with her family.
