Tammy Calhoun

Tammy Calhoun manages educational and developmental initiatives for all levels of operations and oversees Firebirds’ new restaurant opening process. Since 2019 she has also served on the board of directors for the Council of Hospitality and Restaurant Trainers (CHART), focusing on membership and networking, and has been a proud member of that organization since 2005. Prior to joining Firebirds, Calhoun served for three years as a Management Training & Development Specialist for Cracker Barrel Old Country Stores, where she taught restaurant and retail managers leadership skills. Earlier she was a Training Manager for O’Charley’s Restaurant + Bar, where she found her passion for teaching others, making connections with people, and helping them achieve their goals.
