Today, Mindy is VP of Menu Innovation for Ascent Hospitality, a group of family dining brands including Huddle House and Perkins Restaurants. Prior to Ascent, Mindy led innovation for Buffalo Wild Wings, a casual dining brand in the Inspire Brands portfolio, and consulted on innovation for restaurants and manufacturers at FoodIQ, an innovation firm within Marlin Connections.
